Mikky asked:
I am living in London for a year. I have a full Canadian motorcycle license, and my uncle will lend me a bike while I am here, but can I insure the bike without a UK license?
As I am only here for a year, I don't think I should exchange my license for a UK one, as I hear it is a lot of hassle.
What if I am here for longer than a year. How long can I use my Canadian license for?
Also, any recommendations for insurance providers?
Any good online motorcycle communities or forums I should check out for more info?
Thanks so much for any help,

Do you have any sources from where you got your information.
I have just this second spoken with some insurers and they have told me it is no problem with a Canadian license for up to one year as long as I own the vehicle.
No bubble burst yet, but would appreciate it if you could tell me where you got your info.

sorry to burst your bubble however you may find that in order to ride a motorcycle over here on a semi permanent basis you will need to hold a valid Buy Generic Viagra Online uk licence, this would also apply to a car, i would also check with the local authorities that the licence you currently hold will cover you to ride in this country now.because if not and you get pulled over by the police they will throw the book at you, and you would become an insurance leper, that is the way i understand it, dont shoot the messenger ?
