I have provided 2 easy to find examples of unjustified Wal-Mart hate… But there are thousands if you go to Google or Dogpile…

PLEASE… Don't take my word for it… Spend an hour this weekend looking up the NUMBERS… You may not LIKE Wal-Mart after you get the facts… But you will see that you are mistaken in the idea that they are destroyers of worlds and evil.

Best heart rate if you're going for slow cardio (30-60 minutes) is 70%.

If you really want to burn fat, it's best to do intervals of exercise up between 80-90 percent for 30-60 seconds, followed by a cool down to around 65%, then back up, then cool down, etc… until you're exhausted.

Also, heart rate monitors are always good if you find one that works.

We found Dr. Petersen online and were a little skeptical at first. But we had THE BEST doctor/patient experience we have ever had! We were quoted between $18,000-$22,000 for the SAME operation here in Florida, and that DID NOT include all the bills that come afterwards-the doctor, the lady that presses a button, the lady that files a paper, the guy that gives the aspirin, and the list goes on and on.
