How much would it cost to insure a 500cc or less motorcycle in Hawaii for a full-time female college student with a 3.0 or better GPA who is 19 years of age and single and has one speeding ticket on her record? I would just like a ballpark range to work with so I can decide whether or not I want to buy a motorcycle for going to college and work while I'm here in Hawaii. I passed a motorcycle safety course and have my M1 license. I want to know if I could afford the insurance.

Definitely get online quotes – I’ve posted links to a company that gives instant online quotes – but many of the traditional auto insurance companies also offer motorcycle coverage – give them a call.
In my case my motorcycle insurance was considerably cheaper than my auto insurance (I just have liability coverage on both my bike and my car).

You can drive with your international license for one year in hawaii. But to get a hawaii DL, here is the info from the DMV. Looks like you have to take the driving test.
What are the requirements to apply for an instruction permit for foreign nationals who have valid foreign licenses?
You need to proceed to the Social Security office and apply for a number. If you are not eligible to get a social security number, please advise that office to fax the verification letter to the nearest driver licensing office. You also need to bring your valid passport with an attached I-94 card. Fill an application for a type 3 (car) instruction permit. You will be required to take a general knowledge test. Upon passing the eye test and the written test, you will be given a type 3 permit. A road test is also required after passing the written test. Upon passing the road test, we will invalidate your foreign license and notify the proper agency. Fees: $2 test, $5 permit, $8 road test fee and $18 for the license.

As mentioned by aatura you should get them vaccinated before they are fixed and that should be really soon because there are about in time to be in heat.
I recommend only the rabies & virus vaccines because other vaccines like feline leukemia can do more harm than good. Look it up on a search engine to see the risks.
My two ladies cost about $40 in my local shelter.
