I guess I should have provided more info... In no way are we trying to scam anyone. He finally finished repairs buy drugs on line (lower end and chain) on Wed. and yes he rode it two days w/o ins. I made the mistake of not getting it sooner...and all we wanted was to get the temp. ID card so we could get the bike out of impound before the rate got out of hand.
